Equal Community Foundation’s (ECF) Action for Equality (AfE) Programme provides community-based training for adolescent men on issues related to gender equality in 18 communities in Pune, Maharashtra. The programme is divided into three parts: Graduate Programme, Alumni Programme and Leadership Programme. This report evaluates the progress made and outcomes
from Cycle 9 of the AfE Graduate Programme, which was conducted between January and April 2014 in all 18 communities.
