Nirmala TapseResearch, Development and Evaluations Associate

In her capacity as an RDE Associate at ECF, Nirmala collects, analyzes and maintains monitoring and evaluation data related to performance of the participants of the Action for Equality Programme.

After pursuing a Bachelors in Physics, she worked as a Documentation Officer with the Community Aid and Sponsorship Programme with special focus on their Health of the Urban Poor project. She decided to pursue her dream of working in the social sector and recently earned a Masters in Social Work from Karve Institute of Social Service,Pune.

Gender issues are an unexplored avenue for Nirmala. A committed and hard worker, she’s hoping that she gets an opportunity to study the finer nuances of this intriguing subject and grow professionally as well as personally at ECF.
