Christina leads the core support function of administration, finance, governance and HR. She is a part of the senior management team striving for overall better organisational performance. She comes to ECF with more than 8 years of experience in academic administration. Before joining ECF she served as Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Education at FLAME University over nearly 6 years and prior to that she served as the Assistant Dean for Upper-class Studies at Brown University, Rhode Island. She earned her PhD in Political Science at the University of Illinois. Process-oriented, reliable and funny are the three words to describe her. She joined ECF because, “ECF is addressing a deep-rooted issue – that of gender inequality, and consequently violence against women in a unique and important way by working with men and boys. ECF comprises a team of committed members who take pride in their work and believe deeply in its significance. I am proud to be a part of this team”.
Apart from humans, Christina has a deep set affection for animals and has two cats who have found a home with her. She is also willing to risk infinite tetanus shots to make sure the cats in our office are safe and healthy.
