Swarnima coordinates fundraising efforts and builds and sustains partnerships at ECF.
Prior to ECF, she was a Programme Manager at Swayam Shikshan Prayog and brings 3 years of grassroot experience of issues of women’s access to services and entrepreneurial opportunities. She possesses extensive experience of Clean Energy, WASH, Preventive Health & Nutrition and Agriculture programmes and of solutions to support women through capacity-building trainings and providing entrepreneurship opportunities.

In her personal time, Swarnima can be seen either planning a trip, caring for her home garden or experimenting with hand made crafts.
