Nalini believes that real social change begins with open conversations and creative action. As a Program Mentor at Equal Community Foundation, she leads the Antarang Gender Transformative Programme, which supports young girls in building agency and exploring gender equality.

She holds an M.A. in English Literature and a D.Ed. Her professional experience includes four years as an Assistant Teacher and working as an Outreach Coordinator with Swach Pune, where she used street plays and community rallies to raise awareness about waste management.

Nalini enjoys public speaking, anchoring, and creative expression. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, travelling, and exploring the performing arts.
