Pooja is a dedicated social work professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) specialising in Family and Child Welfare (FCW) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. She is committed to promoting the well-being, protection, and empowerment of children, adolescents, and communities through participatory social work practices.

Her fieldwork experience with Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and MKSSS has strengthened her understanding of child development, women’s empowerment, community engagement, and child protection. She has also gained practical exposure to POCSO case processes, child protection mechanisms, case management procedures, and multidisciplinary coordination in safeguarding children.

Pooja brings strong communication, facilitation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to her work. She is self-motivated, adaptable, hardworking, and eager to learn, with a keen interest in competitive examinations and continuous learning. She is passionate about contributing to meaningful social change through ethical social work practice.
