Programme Mentor
Prapti is a dedicated social work professional currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the Indore School of Social Work, Indore, after completing her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. She currently works as a Program Mentor at Equal Community Foundation, where she contributes to programmes focused on adolescent development and gender equality.
Throughout her academic journey, Prapti has gained practical experience with organisations such as Piramal Foundation, Hope for Children Foundation, and Sharda Shiksha Sanstha. Her work has focused on child welfare, women and youth empowerment, community development, social surveys, and geriatric care.
As an active National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteer, she has strengthened her leadership, communication, and community engagement skills. Prapti is passionate about creating positive social impact and contributing to the welfare and empowerment of individuals and communities through meaningful social work initiatives.
