Sudhir is a social work professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) specialising in Urban and Rural Community Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and a Diploma in Counselling.

At Equal Community Foundation, he works with adolescents to promote gender equality, positive masculinities, and healthy relationships through participatory learning and reflection.

Alongside his work at ECF, Sudhir is associated with Rashtra Seva Dal as a trainer, where he facilitates camps and learning sessions for children and young people, promoting constitutional values such as equality, liberty, fraternity, justice, and democratic citizenship.

His academic fieldwork and community engagements have strengthened his skills in community mobilisation, research, educational interventions, and programme implementation. He is passionate about gender transformative education, adolescent development, and community participation, and believes in creating inclusive spaces that enable young people to grow into empathetic and responsible individuals.
