The Power of 5!

ECF turns five this month. We take this opportunity to thank each and every individual who has supported us on this journey.

Some of you have joined us recently and some have been backing us from day one. Some of you have provided financial support and some of you have been a phone call away when we had to make some tough decisions. You have supported us as individuals and us as an ECF team.

Your support has enabled us to scale our work from one community to twenty low-income communities. Till date, we have worked with more than 3000 young men. These men got an opportunity to study and practise gender equitable behaviour by being a part of ECF’s Action for Equality Programme, so that they can end violence and discrimination against women  in their homes and communities. This number is growing.

Reviews of our work and team here in Pune, support the assertion that Equal Community Foundation has a unique model with the potential to deliver significant and sustained impact towards ending violence and discrimination against women. Our dreams are getting bigger and so is our faith in this approach as we prepare to scale over the coming months.

We simply could not have achieved this without the ongoing support of people like you.

So, a BIG THANK YOU to you on behalf of our entire team. Watch video here.

We would like to make a special mention of some of our supporters who have shown exceptional faith in us.
