Development Manager

Swarnima coordinates fundraising efforts, builds and sustains partnerships at ECF. Previoulsy, she’s been a Programme Manager at Swayam Shikshan Prayog and brings 3 years of grassroot experience in issues of women’s access to services and entrepreneurial opportunities. Read more about her

Upasana Saha

Programme Manager, Project Raise

In her capacity as a Programme Manager for Project Raise, Upasana ensures quality and scaling up of the programme through capacity building, partnership management, networking  and advocacy. She has worked with Raleigh International (Mysore) and Child in Need Institute ( Jharkhand). She also managed a leadership and movement building project with the  feminist rights based organisation CREA. Read more about her  

Vidula Sonagra

Research, Development and Evaluation Associate

Vidula is  involved in research, development and evaluation of the Action for Equality programme at ECF. Previously, she worked at Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Pune as a Research Officer for 15 months. Click here to know more her

Programme Associate, Project Raise

Tiyasha is a part of the Hummingbird Raise team and is responsible for handling financial and logistical aspects of the project. She has volunteered with CRY, Missionaries of Charity and KidsCan (UK). Click here to know more about her

Praveen Minj

Programme Mentor

Praveen holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune with a specialization in Family and Child Welfare. He believes engaging with boys is an excellent opportunity to shape youthful minds and to mould them into gender equitable adults. Click here to know more about him

Sachin Bhopal

Programme Mentor

Sachin has worked with Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM), Daund as a Constituency Coordinator for building capacities among marginalized women. Prior to that, he worked as a Block Coordinator for Health Rights with Mahila Sarvangeen Utkarsh Mandal (MASUM), Pune. Pravin Thote

Programme Mentor

Pravin wears two hats at ECF- he divides his time in ECF between mentoring boys and evaluating programme implementation. He’as worked with Aangan Trust as a Programme Impact Associate in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh and as a Field Investigator with Government of Goa SCERT and Shantilal Mutha Foundation. Click here to know more
