Programme Manager, Project Raise
In her capacity as a Programme Manager for Project Raise, Upasana ensures quality and scaling up of the programme through capacity building, partnership management, networking and advocacy. She has worked with Raleigh International (Mysore) and Child in Need Institute ( Jharkhand). She also managed a leadership and movement building project with the feminist rights based organisation CREA. Read more about her

Research, Development and Evaluation Associate
Vidula is involved in research, development and evaluation of the Action for Equality programme at ECF. Previously, she worked at Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Pune as a Research Officer for 15 months. Click here to know more her

Programme Associate, Project Raise

Praveen holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune with a specialization in Family and Child Welfare. Sachin Bhopal
Programme Mentor
Sachin has worked with Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM), Daund as a Constituency Coordinator for building capacities among marginalized women. Prior to that, he worked as a Block Coordinator for Health Rights with Mahila Sarvangeen Utkarsh Mandal (MASUM), Pune. He was also a part of the team at Awakening Jagruti and VIIT.
