The annual staff away day was organised for the 24th and 25th of April at the Sangam World Trade Centre, Yerwada. It was a three-day retreat for all ECF staff. The objective of the staff away day was to revisit strategies, programme objectives, action plans for the coming 12 months.
ECF now has new members on board; Anjali Shenoi as our Programme Manager and Aditi Tembe who has joined back as Senior Programme Manager.
On the third day we had the entire team participate in an exciting treasure hunt across the city.
